3. Orders and Contract
By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the goods selected. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. A contract between you and NEXAMART COMMERCE LTD will be formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery.
6. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@nextechui.com. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Limitation of Liability
